Reports can be picked up electronically from our website, normally within one day but often on the same day of inspection. If a client can't download their report, we'll Fed Ex or overnight it via U.S. mail. 

View Inspection Report:   If you have any problems viewing or downloading your report call:    Phone:585-638-6528           Enter report number in box above and click View Report.

You will need to get Adobe acrobat 
reader in order to view the report. 



Click on the "Get Acrobat Reader"
 to start the download.
