StructureSmart documents your inspection with a detailed narrative report complete with supporting photos. We use state of the art home inspection software with an easily referenced and easy to read format. The report includes information you can use during the purchase process and can be retained as a reference guide for future maintenance. Reports can be downloaded from this site and are usually available with 24 hrs. - often the same day as the inspection. For clients that can't access our electronic reports, reports will be delivered via FedEx or overnight US mail.
